So who is Sue Moore?

IMG_3232Hi, I’m a runner, author, health and life coach who is passionate about supporting women reach their running, health and life goals.

I went from only able to run for a minute to running my 1st half marathon in 5 months; now I help thousands of women worldwide, like you, to do the same.  Since then I’ve ran many ½ marathons and one marathon.

I spent years ‘figuring things out’ in my running, nutrition and injury prevention. Now I can pass that knowledge onto you, as well as over 15 years of life coaching skills.

In November 2014, I received an MS diagnosis, and starting from scratch again with my running, as I couldn’t even feel my right foot and was numb down the righthand side of my body. I overcame the odds running my 1st marathon 9 months later, and in August 2015 my MRI scan showed that the 8 lesions on my brain had either ‘completely disappeared or significantly diminished’, through no medical intervention.

I specialise in supporting women to be in their best shape ever, both physically and mentally, helping them to break through the crap that’s been holding them back.

Do you have a refund policy?
